Hailing from London in the UK, Saunders began writing songs and performing at a young age. She rose to stardom in the mid-2000s, winning the Grammy Unsigned Runner Up Award in 2013. Saunders was also the subject of two MTV documentaries and worked in studio with notable musicians and world-class songwriters, including Akon, Johnny Rockstar, Rudimental, Dee Adam, Ill Blue, and more.
